High quality, low cost spay/neuter is available to area residents for their cats and dogs. Veterinary services are provided by Shelter Outreach Services of Ithaca.

Spay/neuter clinics are held four times every month (two Sundays & two Thursdays) at the Chemung Co. Humane Society & SPCA in Elmira, NY. 

Each clinic will accommodate about 24 cats and 8 dogs. Please print out and complete both the application and price list forms, and send them to us by mail along with a check or money order.  We will contact you by phone to set up an appointment.  Please call or email if you need further information.

• Female cats $55
• Male dogs $65
• Female dogs $85

Other services (treatment for ear mites and/or fleas, etc.) are available for a small charge for scheduled animal.
